1. The rule above all: we don't record — we notice

June watches in order to notice that someone is waiting, that the desk was left unattended, or that an area needs attention. It stores no video, stores no audio (it never listens), does not recognize faces, keeps no face images and builds no profiles of people. What each photo leaves behind is a measured fact — “one person at the desk, alone, for 80 seconds” — and the photo is discarded.

2. What data we touch

Account: business name, the account owner's name and email, phone, the venue address and language. Venue team: the name, mobile number and email of each contact the customer enters to receive alerts, with dated consent. Venue: events and times (waits, responses, desk coverage, area status) with no identity of any person. Guest, only if they scan the QR and write: the text of their request and, if they give it, the room. Technical: IP address, access date and time, and equipment operation logs.

3. What we use them for

To run the service: alerting staff, showing the panel, building the metrics and reports, billing the subscription and providing support. Also to improve the product in aggregate form, identifying no business and no person. We do not use this data for advertising. We do not sell it or rent it, ever, to anyone.

4. The images

Photos from the eye are processed to detect presence. A crop may be sent to an image-analysis provider to understand what is happening in a zone (for example, whether the breakfast area needs a restock), and is discarded once answered; the provider does not use them to train its models. When there is a wait, a snapshot of that moment is kept so the manager can audit it; it deletes itself after 30 days.

5. Who we share them with

Only with providers needed to run the service: cloud hosting, image analysis, SMS delivery, email delivery, payment processing and encrypted backup. Each receives the minimum for its task and may not use it for anything else. Card data is handled by the payment processor: we never see or store the full number. We may also disclose data when a law or court order requires it.

6. How long they live

Raw measurement detail, about 45 days. Wait snapshots, about 30 days. Then they delete themselves and what remains is the historical summary, which contains no images. Events, alerts and requests are kept for the life of the account. Billing records, as long as the law requires. When an account closes, we delete its data within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your whole account by writing to hello@craverorobotics.com from the account email; we answer within 30 days and charge nothing for it. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Utah, you also have the rights your state gives you, including not being discriminated against for using them: we do not sell personal data and do not run targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. Text messages

Mobile numbers are used only to send the venue's operational alerts. They are not sold, not rented and not shared with third parties for marketing. To opt out, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP. The detail is in the SMS Terms.

9. Security, cookies and minors

Data travels encrypted and the server sits in a cloud with restricted access; backups are stored encrypted off the server. We use only two first-party cookies: your session and your language. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The service is for businesses: it is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes and contact
