1. What these messages are

June 360 Vision sends operational alerts about the venue to the team the customer enters in its panel: a guest waiting at the desk, an uncovered desk, a guest request through the QR, or an area that needs attention. They are work messages, never advertising or promotions.

2. How you opt in

The account holder enters each team member's name, mobile number and role in the panel, and ticks that person's consent, which is recorded with date and time. Without that tick, the person receives alerts by email only. Anyone can ask the account holder to delete their number at any time.

3. How many arrive

It depends on what happens at the venue: there may be none all day, or several during a busy hour. The customer sets the thresholds, the quiet hours and who receives what.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. June 360 Vision charges nothing per message.

5. To opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message and no more will arrive. Reply HELP to get help and our contact. A number can also be deleted from the panel, under Alerts.

6. Carriers and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing; our delivery providers use them only to deliver these messages. More detail in the Privacy policy.
